I’m Emilio Bogantes, a CTO, CEO, and technology leader with 13+ years building global platforms, leading distributed teams, and guiding digital transformation across healthcare, fintech, insurance, loyalty, and premium digital experiences.
Today, I lead Pangea Holdings as CTO / CEO—connecting AI, agentic AI, and cybersecurity with product experience to build platforms that operate with calm, precision, and long-term discipline.
I also serve as a Learning Facilitator at MIT Professional Education and as a professor (ad honorem) at Universidad Nacional—helping professionals and students apply generative AI and modern engineering practices to real-world work.
